Terms & Policies

All fees are in U.S. dollars and entitle registrants to attend all educational sessions and sponsored food functions. Spouse / Companion registrations do not include access to educational sessions.

The deadline to cancel your CBA LIVE registration and receive a refund is February 27, 2026.  

Cancelation Policy: Full registration minus $350 will be refunded if requested by February 27, 2026. No refunds after February 27, 2026. To cancel, email cbaliveregister@consumerbankers.com.

Transfer Policy: You may transfer your registration to another person at no cost through March 26, 2026. Email transfer requests to cbaliveregister@consumerbankers.com. No transfers after March 26, 2026.

We do not accept debit, prepaid cards or gift cards.

By registering for CBA LIVE you agree to have certain contact details provided to event sponsors for follow up on your interests.
