Registration Policies

All fees are in U.S. dollars and entitle registrants to attend all educational sessions and sponsored food functions. Spouse / Companion registrations do not include access to educational sessions.

The deadline to cancel your CBA LIVE registration and receive a refund is February 29, 2024.  

Cancelation Policy: Full registration minus $350 will be refunded if requested by February 29, 2024. No refunds after February 29, 2024. To cancel, email cbaliveregister@consumerbankers.com.

Transfer Policy: You may transfer your registration to another person at no cost through March 22, 2024. Email transfer requests to cbaliveregister@consumerbankers.com. No transfers after March 22, 2024.

A 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments at checkout. We do not accept debit, prepaid cards or gift cards.

By registering for CBA LIVE you agree to have certain contact details provided to event sponsors for follow up on your interests.

Communications & Marketing Policies

Photo/Video Release: CBA reserves the right to use photos/videos taken at CBA LIVE by individuals under its hire for future promotional purposes.  By registering for CBA LIVE, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this photo release statement.

Registration Contact Details: By registering for CBA LIVE, you agree to CBA sharing your contact information ( your name, job title, company name, address and the email address you provided for CBA LIVE registration) with CBA LIVE 2025 sponsors for the purposes of sponsor follow up about your interests.
